Conditions offered for titled/foreign players, Rentries, Refunds/Service charges: Limited Conditions offered to GMs/IMs/WGMs/WIMs (USA and Foreign Federations - Contact Organizer for details). Re-entry $70 except no re-entry in FIDE Sections - Open/U2300/U2000 Sections. Refunds will involve a 5% service charge until May 21st 12pm. 50% Entry Refunded after May 21st and Until 2 hrs before Round Start. NO REFUNDS WITHIN 2 HRS OF ROUND START / AFTER ROUND STARTS.
